  Maximise text-connect™ with your customers  
  When you have chosen text-Connect™ there are a few simple things to do which will maximise it's impact on your business.  
 
1. Tell your customers you can receive their texts !

Include your text 'reply to' number in all your advertising, print, promotional materials, sales receipts.

Add it to your Yellow Pages contact information.

If you have an automated phone system use 'hold' message to tell customers they can text.

2. Inform everyone else you can receive texts.

Issue a Press Release to all the relevant media in your area and for your industry.

3. Run a 'registration' competition

A key benefit of text-connect™ is getting your text number into your customers 'phone book' so that they can find you easily when they need your service the next.

We suggest running an introductory competition with a prize draw for everyone who texts you their name during the first month. Your text reply back to them should suggest that they save your text number in their 'phone book' NOW.

4. Promotions

As your clients start to use your text number you will build a list of your customer's mobile numbers.

This list is incredibly valuable to you because it gives you the option of telling your clients about special offers, events or news via text which in turn will help sales.

5. Reminders

Many business use text messaging to jog customers memories about about appointments or reminders.

Other applications include 'happy birthday' greetings and other 'key' date reminders.
