How much does it cost ? -
We charge an annual fee which covers your use of a unique 'text
connect' reply to number. In addition when you subscribe for the
first time we give you 100 text reply's to get you going and set-up
your account to enable you to access your messages. text-connect™
is very affordable for small and medium business. Please email or
call for costs.
How do I pay ? We accept payment
by BACS or cheques. We do not currently accept credit cards (because
we'd need to pass the charges on to you)
How do I sign up ? Simply
email us your details and we will issue you with a Pro Forma invoice
(emailed back to you as a pdf). Once we have received your payment
we will set-up your account and inform you of your text-connect™
reply to number.
Can customers make voice calls to
my text 'reply number' ? No. The number is only suitable
for receiving texts.
Is the format of my text number important
? Yes. When distributing your number
please use the format we give you, i.e. international. Our number
is 447781472088 - The benefit for you is that the
number will work for your customers when they are abroad.
Does my text number need a leading
'0' ? No. The leading numbers should be 447xxxxxxxxx
What if I can't resolve my customers
problem by text ? Simply text them and ask them to call you
on your normal business phone number. (Your text-connect™
number is only for texts).
