Torture didn’t die out in the middle ages; they reinvented it with the telephone.

Not long back we got yet another new client because we actually do call you back when we say we will.

This client wanted DVDs in 48hrs.. The people they phoned said it would be no problem, but when the customer chased them up for information, guess what? Nobody knew about the call.

“No one here of that name. Can’t understand what could have happened.”

Then to rub salt in the wound, they said “if you give us your order now, we’ll get it out to you sometime next week”.

If this kind of thing drives you to the levels of distraction it drives us, call us next time you want duplication – not only will we answer the phone, we’ll do it quickly, we’ll tell you who we are, and we’ll call you back if need be.

After that, we’ll just do what we say we’ll do.
