To famous brands, colour is critical.
A SABRE™ client came to us as a matter of urgency. Another,
(admittedly cheaper) duplicator had been tasked to produce
quickly-needed CDs on which the print colour was of particular
importance. The CDs arrived (with little time to spare) but
were just plain wrong; the colour was not the 'right' orange.
The client had not been able to negotiate a re-print with
the supplier, who maintained the correct colour was impossible
to print on the reflective silver surface of the CD.
We were contacted for our opinion. Our reputation has
been built on all the services which surround the actual
duplication, and we were able to advise on how the colour
problem could be resolved, without changing the media or design.
